The food has no right to taste as good as it does! I've been using their meals to help keep me on track when I don't have the energy or time to meal prep. Way better alternative than eating out! I haven't found one thing I haven't liked yet.

Update: We have made our 3rd purchase from PrepStart and are enjoying the meals so far. I'm especially enjoying not cooking. My hubby said he's feeling healthier, as for me my body requires less to be full. We will continue to purchase our meals from PrepStart. This was our first time ordering from Prepstart. The portion size was appropriate for a dinner meal. The food was seasoned very well and met our expectations. We will be ordering from them again. This is an excellent choice for maintaining a healthy diet. We highly recommend Prepstart!

The food is always fresh, seasoned to perfection and delicious. They have meals that cater to most diets and can definitely assist you with special diet requests. You will not be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and professional. Will definitely go back!

I must say, I bought some dinner meals this past week and I was not disappointed. The service was great, they were humble as can be, and most of all, the food was great. Thank y'all for a great experience. I will definitely be ordering again.

Food is amazing, prices are very good and they are very nice and professional!! They have so many healthy options to choose from. Their food is NOT bland. It’s very flavorful which keeps me coming back. Having the option to buy my meal prep really helps me throughout the week with keeping fitness goals on track. I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love Prepstart Lifestyle! It has become so convenient for my wife and I with our crazy work schedules. All of the meals that we have tried are filled with flavor and delicious. The women who work there are super friendly as well. Everyone should try it out!

I absolutely love this place! I have recently started to try to eat more healthy, but I don't always have the time to meal prep. No problem though, Prepstart has me covered! I love that they allow either the choice to pre-order my meals for the week, or I can go into the store and grab something when I need it. And the food is absolutely delicious! I love that they put the macro breakdown on the lid. Thank you so much for putting another healthy choice in Killeen. Keep up the great work!!

This business and the chefs are absolutely amazing! I have lost 20lbs since I started working with them in May 2023-August 2023 (nutrition + exercise). They have a wide variety of meals to choose from that are reasonably priced and you don't have to eat the same meal twice. They are a much better alternative to fast food. The meals leave me satisfied without feeling stuffed and miserable. Each meal includes nutritional information so you know how many calories, carbs, and protein you're consuming. The chefs are kind, professional, and will work closely with you (this includes meal modifications) to help you obtain your nutritional goals (weight loss/gain and/or muscle gain). It also serves as a restaurant so the food is made fresh while you wait. If you don't have time to wait, they have meals available for you to grab and go from the refrigerator. They are worth checking out, especially if your busy lifestyle keeps you on the go. Let them do the cooking so you can focus on everything else! This is absolutely the BEST meal prepped meal I ever had. They carried a variety of meals that all sounded better than the last, the food was absolutely and deliciously seasoned, the desserts are irresistible, and lastly the customer service just adds to the comforting experience at this establishment! I was greeted like I was family, while also being educated about the services they offer. I absolutely love that they stick to local farmers for their meats, veggies, etc. This company won't take long to thrive in success here in Killeen. Glad to be a part of the experience!

Excellent service. I get custom meals done and they never disappoint. I don't stress over my food and that makes life so much easier! If your a competitor or if your just trying to be healthier this is for you!
